This notice is a Sources Sought in preparation to posting a sole source justification and details the government’s intentions to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The 502d Contracting Squadron JBSA-Lackland is conducting market research and intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for a 4X4 Infinadeck Omni-directional Treadmill and Infinadeck Overhead Unit Back Support to Infinadeck, 4105 Del Mar Ave, STE 3, Rocklin, CA 95677. The Contracting Officer intends to post a sole source determination pending responses to this RFI. This notice is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If your firm is capable of providing the above items, please respond to this notice by providing company Cage Code, proof of authorization to be a reseller, and indicate if your firm is a small or large business under NAICS 339920 Size Standard 750 Employees.
