The No... 4 CONS/PKB, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the 352d Special Warfare Training Squadron to Tough Stump Technologies, LLC. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 517919, small business size standard: $35.0M. The requirement is for: - Four (4) quarterly support services for the Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK) and ATOS GPS Tracking System. - One (1) device cellular service purchase. - Ten (10) ATOS Command Link receivers. - ATAK/ATOS training with qualified instructor(s) and initial training for new devices. (Two (2) days of ATAK training, one (1) day of goTenna training, one (1) day of ATOS tracker training for 10 personnel.) Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the Government will consider all responses received within seven (7) days of publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
