Requirement: Swing Space for SWTW Description: This requirement is for building and leasing a relocatable facility (Swing Space), while building 147 is being renovated and repaired. The requirement also includes the lease of the furniture that will be placed in the Swing Space Builing. The period of performance will be 140 days for fabrication and install, and the lease of both the swing space and furniture will be 4 years (Base plus 3 options years). The swing paced will be delivered and placed adjacent to Building 132 located at JBSA Chapman Training Complex, Lackland AFB, TX. Please Attachment 5 B147 Swing Space Floor Plan for details.

All questions must be submitted, via email, to both the Primary and Secondary POCs.
