The Government is conducting voluntary market research via an RFI to identify contractors capable of providing carpet cleaning services at 673 TRSS, Buildings 7535, 7447, 7445, and 7437, JBSA Lackland AFB, TX 78236, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. The RFI requests information on interest, capability, estimated delivery after award, small-business/socioeconomic status under NAICS 561740, prior military support, and whether pricing would be GSA or Open Market. This is for information and planning purposes only; no RFQ exists, pricing should not be submitted, and responses are strictly voluntary. If a solicitation is later issued, it will be announced separately and interested parties must respond to that solicitation separately.
