SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: ProChips purchase order This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION; not a pre-solicitation notice or solicitation for proposal/quotations. Pusuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research), the purpose of this notice is to determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency's requirement exsists and determine the practices of company's engaged in providing the needed product. Pursuant to FAR Part 6 and FAR Part 19, competition and set-aside decisions may be based on the results of this market research. This notice in no way obligates the Government to any further action. We are seeking information for a purchase order providing the following product to the military facility at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX: 0001 prochip decoder with cabling Part No. 15R017 0002 Connection box with 100m/330 ft coax cable Part No. 30R022CC 0003 ProChip detection loop end box with 6m loop wire Part No. 30R066 0004 shipping and handling Part No. 90R001 It is anticipated, that a firm dixed price contract (FFP) will be awarden with the NAICS 334514 (Totalizing Fluid Meter and Counting Device Manufacturing). Potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. A response to this sources sought notice will not be considered an adequate response to any forthcoming solicitation announcement. There is no solicitation available at this time. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: It is requested that interested buisnesses subit to the Contracting Office a brief capability statement. The Capability Statement shall address, as a minimum the following: 1) a list of your most recent and relevant DoD or commercial contracts (not to exceed three) to include names, points of contact, phone numbers, value, and a biref description; and 2) information about your company and our capabilities to perform this requirement. Any information provided is voluntary. The sources sought is for informational planning purposes only. It does not consitute a solicitation and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All submissions must be made no later than 03:00 pm CST on Wednesday, 27 March 2019.
