Amendment 1, Dated 14 April 2022: The 318th Training Squadron (TRS), Inter-American Air Forces Academy (IAAFA), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX, has a requirement for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Duct Cleaning in Building 7538, located at 1020 Tinker Avenue, JBSA Lackland, TX. The non-personal services requirement consists of cleaning HVAC ducts for building 7538, a total of 38 fan/coil units; disinfecting and sanitizing the ducting systems; cleaning a total of 226 supply duct vents and duct lines; and associated labor. Upon completion of cleaning the duct system, if fungus is suspected to be present, an EPA registered anti-microbial will be introduced into the air conveyance system to eliminate spores which may be in the system. This requirement is being solicited using NAICS 561790, Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. The PSC is J041, Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment - Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Air Circulating Equipment. The size standard is $8M. This requirement shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), dated 12 January 2022. This is aRequest for Information (RFI), Attachment 1, for a tentative requirement for Heating,cVentilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Duct as further defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), Attachment 2. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The anticipated period of performance is 45 days after receiving order and the contractor will be required to perform work at 1020 Tinker Avenue, Building 7538, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackand, TX. This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 502d Contracting Squadron market research. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. This RFI is strictly voluntary and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award. If a solicitation is issued it shall be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this RFI. Responses, to this notice, are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
