Dorm rooms are approximately 110 sq-ft each, with a requirement total of approximately 5,280 sq-ft. Q&A: 1. Is this a newly constructed barracks? No it is not. 2. We noticed the scope of work is asking for stripping and waxing of VCT floors. Do you have the total square footage of VCT flooring that will need to be sealed? Approximately 110 sq ft per Kitchen/Restroom area. There is no carpet, just tile. 3. Does this requirement include cleaning of stairwells? No, stairwells are in the exterior of the building and does not require cleaning. It was mentioned so the vendor knows that we do not have elevators. 4. Will a site visit be available? A site visit will not be conducted for this requirement.
