The Government is only conducting market research to obtain information for alternative brands of LMR equipment that is fully functional and compatible with Motorola LMR branded systems. The alternative item must meet or exceed the functionality of Motorola in full and be fully compatible with Motorola LMR radios systems. Any interested concern with an alternative brand that is fully functional with Motorola LMR radios and accessories shall directly send information to heather.sorensen@us.af.mil not later than the due date noted in this Sources Sought. The following information is requested and required: 1. Manufacturer and Part Number of suggested item; 2. Clearly demonstrate/illustrate the suggested items capability to meet or exceed Motorola LMR and equipment; and 3. Clearly demonstrate/illustrate the suggested items full compatibility with Motorola LMR systems. Respondents will not be notified. However, the information will be utilized for market reasearch purposes, technical capability and acquisition planning. Since this is a sources sought announcement only, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the participants.
