The government is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of performing diagnostic and repair services for a Trane Chiller at Bldg 3820, JBSA Fort Sam Houston. Interested vendors are asked to complete and return the attached RFI questionnaire with any questions or concerns. Work will be performed by a contractor acting as or coordinating with qualified Trane service technicians. The system must be restored to 100% operational capability in accordance with manufacturer standards. This requirement is not for construction work.
