The purpose of this project is to replace the existing gas-fired boiler system in Building 575 at JBSA-Randolph, TX, with a new, energy-efficient, and code-compliant system to meet the facility's long-term heating requirements. The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, incidentals, and quality assurance necessary for the removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing system and its associated components.
