The Government is conducting MARKET RESEARCH for a requirement to purchase two (2) Brand Name Leibert HVAC systems at JBSA FSH Bldg. 1062. The contractor shall furnish all supervision; labor, transportation materials, tools, incidentals, equipment and quality assurance to remove two (2) 30 TON Leibert Air Handler Units and two (2) Leibert Condenser Units to replace the existing two 30 TON Leibert Air Handlers Unit (Model: VH380AUCAEI) as well as the two existing Leibert Condenser Units (Model #: CDF510-Y) located at Bldg. 1062 at JBSA FSH. This includes but is not limited to providing and installing two (2) 30 TON Liebert Air Handler Units [VS105AUA1EIP8QS] and two (2) Leibert Condenser units [MCM160] for this specific model. This is a brand name commodity requirement with services incidental. Please refer to the attached DRAFT SOW and photos for more information.
