The Government is requesting industry to provide feedback to the questions below to determine how to best proceed with procuring the required services. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The Government anticipates the need for repair services for a 135 foot Genie. Contractor will evaluate and repair Genie (mod # ZX135V1 ser. # ZX135H-4095). The contractor shall bring the system to proper working condition. The contractor shall evaluate and make a decision and provide best commercial practices for repairs. Contractor shall supply materials and top off any fluids needed to have this machine working properly. All parts shall me OEM or equal to manufactures specifications. The contractor shall provide pictures and documentation of items repaired. Contractor shall provide warranty documentation on parts and labor for one year. This will include a 6 month follow up and maintenance any parts repaired preformed on JBSA LAK.
