(Cage Code: 4LLF0) in the amount of $117,661.78. 502 Civil Engineering Group (502 CEG) located at JBSA Lackland, TX, requires an upgrade to the Metasys servicer facility located at Hangar 62 at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, TX. This requirement is to upgrade all the NAEs (Network Automation Engines) with the latest version of the Metasys system. The upgrade is required and needed in order for the building cooling and heating to be adjusted for the entire facility. Johnson Control Inc. (JCI) retains the proprietary information and services required to perform all maintenance and upgrades to the EMCS software database. Therefore, they are the only source capable of providing the required service. The EMCS is critical to the mission and sustainment of JBSA installation facilities.
