AFOTEC HQ located on Kirtland AFB, New Mexico requires the delivery and installation of 7 workstation cubicles. The vendor will be responsible for supplying the workstations, delivering them to the site and performing the installation. The purpose of this sources sought is to gather information for the eventual solicitation that will be released later in September 2022, Please respond with the following information: 1. confirm you intend to submit a quote when the solicitation is published 2. please review the attatchments and provide any questions/comments regarding changes you would suggest such as additional clarifying information needed. 3. provide any GSA/DoD BPAs or IDIQs you participate in that can supply this requirement. 4. Is the desired delivery and service performance date reasonable? If not then please provide alternative dates or lead times. 5. All funding may need to be bundled onto one CLIN due to the funding type and considering the contract will be awarded in Fiscal Year 2022 before work commences. This means there may be some delay in the time between contract award and the billing for the goods/services rendered. Do you have any reservations with this?
