Please refer to GSA RFQ 1362100 if interested in offering on this solicitation. The government is seeking a single award under a GSA schedule, IAW FAR 8.002(a)(1) (v) with a 100% small business set aside. This contract will furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to purchase and install office furniture in the 377th MSG Utilities Building 20687 The Water Distro Shop 1st Floor Break Room and Offices, The High Voltage Shop 2nd Floor Room, Break Room and Offices via stairs located in the facility , and Building 20370 Water Plant Break Room and Offices at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. It is the responsibility of the contractor to validate the actual site conditions as well as any specific programming needs of the customer. Even with customer efforts to provide what they can on the design work, it may reveal that the number of cubicles may require a small adjustment. It is understood that the actual site parameters or certain customer requirements may deviate from the standard typical request; therefore any deviation that causes an increase in the price must be documented in writing and submitted to the Contracting Officer for review, along with a floorplan reference to show just cause. A final furniture layout and Bill of Materials (BOM) will then be provided that meets the customer requirements and accommodates the physical environment. This is a Brand Name or Equal for Hon
