The 81st Contracting Squadron, Keesler AFB, MS intends to award a sole source purchase order to Adacel Systems, Inc. The required items to be purchased are: MaxSim Laptop Student Trainers, MaxSim Lab Student Trainers, installation services, and a one-time configuration, testing, and documentation fee from Adacel Systems, Inc. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is unknown. The applicable Sole Source Justification is attached for reference.
