This is an open market competitive 8(a) acquisition for Two (2) full time equivalent (FTE) Medical Laboratory Scientists /Medical Technologists, Eight (8) FTE Medical Laboratory Technicians and Two (2) FTE Phlebotomists to provide service for Keesler Medical Center located at Keesler Air Force Base, MS. The period of performance for this contract is expected to be 1 Oct 2020 – 30 Sep 2021 with options to extend for an additional 54 months. The small business standard is $12 million and the applicable NAICS code is 621111. The anticipated date the solicitation will be posted to beta.sam.gov, on or about 2 July 2020. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the solicitation using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.5. The solicitation may be downloaded from beta.sam.gov, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/.
