As the subject matter experts, it is up to the vendor to decide and quote if the AMX Radia Lighting Control System needs to be replaced or if it will work as it currently is and just interface between the two systems, AMX Radia with the Creston System.

Please provide information on your warranty and repair service call response times. Example: The Contractor will supply remote technical support for failure testing, diagnosis, and parts replacement. Contractor will supply on-site support services within three (3) calendar days if failure cannot be diagnosed and resolved remotely. If on-site repair cannot be completed within 24 hours then replacement of item will be accomplished within 10 business days. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation, but market research to determine potential sources for Automation and Integration of a Lighting System. The attached Performance Work Statement is what the contractor should base their ability to be able to perform the work or not. This does not constitute a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Further, we are not at this time seeking proposals; therefore, DO NOT request a copy of a solicitation or submit a proposal as a result of this notice. Respondents are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this sources sought and that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the responding party's expense. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, should one be issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise from a response to the notice. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the NASA SEWP, GSA, and Beta.SAM.gov websites for additional information pertaining to this sources sought.
