The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide a complete point of sales and accounting system that operates on a Windows Operating System computer based programs. The successful contractor shall be required to maintain the program and make adjustments to fit the business operation system of the Kadena Air Force 18 Force Support Squadron Laundry and Dry Cleaning Operation. The accounting system must be an integrated accounting system that ties to the point of sales and pulls all reimbursements to a complete accounting package.
