The contractor must provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain walk-in refrigerator and freezer systems at the Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS) on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. The contractor must accomplish all maintenance tasks to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Minimum maintenance frequency is in Appendix F (Maintenance Frequency), and the facility list is in Appendix B (Maps, Floor Plans and Site Plans).
