This is NOT a Request for Quote/Proposal. Subject: Playground Maintenance As part of market research, the 18th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualified contractors that are capable of providing Playground Maintenance to Kadena Air Base. Contractors who are interested should respond electronically to Tahj Guilford via email at tahj.guilford@us.af.mil by 13:00 JST June 27, 2022. Include the following information in your response: a. Company name and address b. Physical location of company c. Point of contact with name, title, phone and email d. CAGE code and DUNS number e. Any comments, concerns, etc. Note: This notice, is for information and planning purposes only. This sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any government assessments. No awards will be issued as a result of this Sources Sought. The 18th Contracting Squadron does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted. As a result of this Sources Sought the 18th Contracting Squadron may issue a Request for Quote (RFQ). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, tools, equipment as required, and labor necessary to ensure that MAINTENANCE & REPAIR OF MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING (MFH) PLAYGOUNDS, are serviced in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation.
