This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and an additional solicitation will not be issued. The Government will utilize simplified acquisition procedures IAW FAR Part 13 for this acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 561790 – Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings and the small business standard is 8 million dollars. IAW FAR 19.502-2, a Total Small Business Set-Aside, will be used for this acquisition. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary for pressure washing services to be performed at Hurlburt Field, FL. The contractor shall accomplish all pressure washing tasks outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). See attachments for solicitation details. The vendor shall submit a response to this RFQ via email to TSGT Byers (daryle.byers@us.af.mil) and Ms. Shataya Butler (shataya.butler@us.af.mil), no later than Tuesday, 12 May 2020 at 2:00 PM CDT in order to be considered timely. A site visit is scheduled for 8 May 2020 at 1000 AM CDT.
