This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance and size standard of $8M. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, transportation, and all other items and services necessary to perform Fire Training Facility Maintenance services at Hurlburt Field in accordance with Attachment 2, Performance Work Statement. The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The list of contract line item numbers, items/services, quantities, and units of measure (including options) are found in Attachment 4, Offer Schedule, to this solicitation.
