This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F2F0019190AW02 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 effective 12 Jul 2019. This acquisition is being conducted using Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 813110 and size standard of $7.5M. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, transportation, and all other items and services necessary to perform chapel suppor services at Hurlburt Field in accordance with Attachment 2, Performance Work Statement. The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The list of contract line item numbers, items/services, quantities, and units of measure (including options) are found at Attachment 1, Contract Line Items and Clauses, to this solicitation. The FOB point is Destination, the place of performance is Hurlburt Field, FL. Government inspection and acceptance will take place at Hurlburt Field, FL. The Wage Determination No.2015-4531, Revision No.11, issued under the Service Contract Labor Standards statute, (41 U.S.C. chapter 67), by the Administrator, Wage and Hour Division, U.S. Department of Labor shall apply to this contract. The provisions and clauses that apply to this solicitation are found in Attachment 1 of this solicitation. All clauses will remain in full force and effect in the resultant contract award.
