It is the Government's intent to award an Inspection and Maintenance contract for Holloman's three Corrosion Control Booths (CCB) to Morehead Industrial who holds proprietary rights to the control/monitoring software and updated CCBs. The booths require monitoring, inspections and maintenance as needed to ensure they are operable. The contractor shall be responsible for the cable modem rental for the CCBs, including remote monitor and troubleshooting via Ethernet. Contractor will complete yearly controls and software inspection with factory authorized updates. Contractor will perform on site review of data logs with their control teams. Maintenance will include fan bearing lubrication, fan belt tensioning, cleaning and verification of instruments and probes. Periodic inspections and calibrations of machine system assessment instrumentation will be completed, along with inspections and servicing of humidification pumps and nozzles. Nozzle replacements will be identified during these inspections and will be replaced by the contractor. Periodic inspections and servicing of the hangar filter doors will be completed by the contractor. Gas trains and combustion packages will be inspected, with yearly factory inspections and re-certifications being completed as required. The contractor will inspect and recalibrate the machine system assessment critical field instruments as required, and inspections will be completed according to the contractor's on-site monthly service interval checklist. The Justification and Approval (J&A) document, will be posted within 30 days after award.
