Upgrade the UTTR remote control software (the application used by the UTTR RCS to control the Cine-Theodolites (Cine-Ts)) to ensure compatibility with Windows-11 OS. This includes modernizing the operating system to enhance security and longevity, as well as integrating CINE-Ts from Eglin AFB into a unified control system and simplifying ease of use.
