Project Title: Protective Clothing Services 583 MMXS, Vandenberg SFB CA (VSFB) This Request for Quote is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a Full and Open Competition under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 812332-Industrial Launderers with a size standard of 47M employees. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and Performance Work Statement for contract line-item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. A site visit is scheduled for 2 Aug 2023 at 9:00 AM PST at 17595 California Blvd, Vandenberg CA 93437. The Site Visit is optional but highly recommended. Submit the names (Last, First, Middle as it appears on their state driver’s license) and company name of all attendees to Tonia Gladen at tonia.gladen.1@spaceforce.mil prior to 21 July 2023 at 11:00 PM PST. This information must be provided in advance to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. Any questions or comments must be submitted to tonia.gladen.1@spaceforce.mil and christopher.hummel.6@spaceforce.mil via email no later than (NLT) 12:00 PM PDT on 23 Aug 2023. Answers will be returned on or about 25 Aug 2023. Quotes are due NLT 7 Sept 2023 at 1:00 PM PDT. Additionally, all quotes should be good through 7 November 2023. Offers must be submitted in writing and ONLY via email to tonia.gladen.1@spaceforce.mil and christopher.hummel.6@spaceforce.mil. Oral offers will not be accepted. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted.
