The requirement calls for the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, storage, assembly, transportation, incidentals, and all other items and services necessary to build, deliver, and provide instruction for one F-35 Maintenance Stand with Fuels Option: Explosive Proof Wiring, Lighting, and Grounding throughout entire stand.
