Project intent is to upgrade technology to existing systems and to maintain compliance with the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) cybersecurity requirements within the proprietary Monaco D-21 Fire Alarm Reporting System (FARS) located at Hill AFB and the Utah Test & Training Range (UTTR), Utah. This requirement includes but is not limited to Windows 7 to Windows 10 operating system updates, installing two new FARS Client work station positions for the alternate Emergency Communications Center (ECC) and a FARS server upgrade at the UTTR Please refer to the attached document "SOW- Monaco D21 Upgrade" for more information.
