QUICK TURN AROUND - SITE VISIT 13 MAY 2021 @ 0900 - CLEANING MUST BE COMPLETED BY 21 MAY 2021 Please verify your proposal addresses all technical factors in accordance with the Combined Synopsis Solicitations BEFORE SUBMITTING The Contractor shall deep clean the base theater building located at 94 Barksdale St, building 1538 on Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. This is to include all flooring consisting of tile, carpets and wood. The stage area, to include steps (inside), tile areas to include the foyer of the building and bathroom walls and flooring. Steam clean all cloth theater seats (320), including deep stain removal and wipe down and clean all wood parts of seats with appropriate cleaners. Steam cleaning of all carpet areas to include stain removal. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, cleaners and labor necessary to fulfill this contract. All work will be performed in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations. Cleaning needs to be completed by 21 May 2021. See the Performance Work Statement for full requirements.
