The requirement is to remove from Bldg. 1109 and re-install in Bldg. 1102 three (3) separate video teleconferencing (VTC) systems to be used on classified and unclassified networks in the newly renovated Bldg. 1102. This requirement includes a move and re-install of one (1) single CODEC (device that encodes/decodes data) system into Room 123...this system will need to be upgraded to (2) dual CODEC system for re-installation. We also need to move and re-install two (2) dual CODEC dual classification Crestron/CISCO VTC systems that need to be moved and re-installed in Rooms 217 and 223. Additionally, we require the installation in Room 115 of an unclassified VTC system with a (1) 90” television monitor display without “smart” capabilities. (Ex. No WIFI, No Bluetooth, No Send Home capabilities technology built in) that will be inter-operable with the VTC systems being transferred.
