The end user is looking to procure an intrusion detection system, installation and 2 years of suport service. Site surveys are now available when scheduled via PCO. This will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable effort (LPTA). Please see the SOW for specific details of this brand name justified effort (Vindicator).
