This anchoring system is required in support of the Three-Dimensional Expeditionary Long-Range Radar (3DELRR) test events. The vendor is required to procure and deliver twenty-one (21) sets of nine (9) tie-down ground anchors, and nine (9) 60" cables per set, and six (6) heat treated 1" by 6' driving rods. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and the SOW.
