Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) August 15, 2022 Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Hanscom Air Force Base, MA Operational Contracting Division. This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Vertiv Corporation. This requirement is to perform Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) on two Vertiv DC Power Systems. The proposed contract action is to procure the specific service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may submit unclassified responses (capability statement) to this notice by email to Mr. Khunravin Heng at khunravin.heng@us.af.mil and 1Lt Cole Sposato at cole.sposato.1@us.af.mil no later than 25 August 2022. No other communications will be entertained. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Presolicitation, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
