The Contractor shall remove and dispose of ten (10) existing gas fireplaces and supply and install ten (10) new energy efficicient gas-fried fireplaces in cottages located at Fourth Cliff Recreational Area in Humarock, Massachusetts. The Tiara I gas fireplace shall be required for this contract action.
