The Contractor shall remove and dispose of ten (10) existing gas-fired fireplaces, and supply and install ten (10) new energy efficient gas-fired fireplaces in buildings located at Fourth Cliff Recreation Area, Humarock, Massachusetts. The Contractor shall provide all equipment and labor necessary to fulfill this contract. All work will be performed in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations.
