The Government seeks to procure services necessary to perform all operations in connection with winter snow removal and summer grounds maintenance at Fourth Cliff Recreation Area in Humarock, MA. The roads and parking areas require snow to be removed performance is to be conducted in such a way that the facilities of Fourth Cliff Recreation Areas are able to remain open and operational and that all personnel may traverse roads and sidewalks safely. Grounds maintenance at Fourth Cliff Recreation Area needs to be performed in order to allow occupants and customers to move about the grounds safely. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor shall be licensed within the state of Massachusetts, as required, and shall perform work to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal codes, standards, and Manufacturer’s instructions. Most stringent of nationally recognized or local codes will apply.
