Requirements - The Contractor shall perform ANNUAL inspections/preventative maintenance of all overhead doors located on Hanscom, AFB. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials, supplies and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Hanscom AFB, MA, to inspect Overhead doors. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions and conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
