Please reference the Combo for instruction and evaluations factors when bidding. The Contractor shall provide one JCI (Johnson Controls Incorporated) currently factory certified technician onsite at Building 1201 (145 Randolph St, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731) Central Plant for 16 hours on consecutive days once a month for a total of 12 months. The Contractor shall perform programming, graphics, and repair of front end issues, calibrate metering IAW manufacturers’ specifications of all sensors, controllers and actuators as directed by the government Central Plant Supervisor and Central Plant Engineer technical representatives. The contractor shall provide the Hanscom AFB 66ABG\CE POC with a list, to be deemed Exhibit “A”, of all controllers, sensors and actuators within the BAS (Building Automation System) hierarchy that is installed equipment onsite and maintain the list current. For each item on Exhibit “A” provide a signed and dated Certificate of Calibration stating items on the list were calibrated to manufacturers’ specifications. Exhibit “A” shall be divided into 12 groups of calibrated items and each group shall be completed one at a time sequentially each month within the 12 month period until each controller, sensor and actuator is certified and calibrated. The contractor shall combine all readings, data and certificates in- to one binder called the Chiller Control Report and deliver the report within two (2) weeks of the onsite visit date to the 66ABG/CE POC. The report shall be in a binder and each page will be on company letterhead with name, address and phone number with all report data, assumptions, diagnosis, findings, actions and itemized cost of repair for each recommendation listed.
