The contractor shall furnish and install within 5 days of award scaffolding required to repair a cooling tower on the roof of Building 1630 (75 Vandenberg Dr., Hanscom AFB 01731- 2103) for a period of 28 calendar days. This work includes: - Transportation of the all equipment and material to the site. - Loading the material and equipment onto the roof of a three-story building by appropriate means. - Providing proper protection of the roofing material during installation and removal. - Erection of the scaffolding on all four sides of a cooling tower that is approximately 20’ wide x 30’ long x 20’ high. One level of plank 4’ down from the top. - Dismantle equipment and safe removal after the 28 calendar day period.
