Eighteen speakers installed in hallways and restrooms and community areas (Listening only). One station with over-ride capability. All wiring, connectors, power supplies and electronics will be supplied and installed by contractor. Contractor shall provide all tools, manpower, equipment, materials and transportation associated with this requirement. System must include two way communication throughout squadron building by means of wired system. System must be stand-alone without the need of an internet connection. System must be protected from Voltage surges. System must be compliant with CFF regulations and not cause interference with Police Radio's and equipment. System will not have the capability to record any conversation. System must have a light indicator on all 2 way consoles that show microphone is active. System must have one station with the ability to override all other stations for emergency purposes. System may have multiple channels, however, if multiple channels are available, an override station must be able to override and communicate regardless of channel. Contractor may use existing system placement, however must provide new wiring and equipment to replace the old system.
