This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Vertiv Corporation. This requirement is to perform Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) 3 quarterly PMIs and 1 annual PMI on two (2) Vertiv DC Power Systems. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Presolicitation, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
