The work covered in the Statement of Work consists of the purchase/renewal of Service Plan / Extended Warranty for existing Juniper-System consisting of: 7ea EX4300-24P-TAA, 7ea EX4300-24T, 4ea EX4600... The work covered in the Statement of Work consists of the purchase/renewal of Service Plan / Extended Warranty for existing Juniper-System consisting of: 7ea EX4300-24P-TAA, 7ea EX4300-24T, 4ea EX4600-40F-AFI-T, and 89ea EX4300-32F. This is a mission essential requirement, remote support, telephonic support, and onsite if required. The main services of data hosting on the base (shared drives and the like) need to utilize this infrastructure, further, the base voice system uses this same infrastructure. If we do not have the ability to contact the vendor for maintenance in the event of equipment failure, we will lose access to data store, and voice/command control functionality.
