The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX intends to issue solicitation for a contract for selective demolition and partial renovation of the men's restrooms/locker room at Louis F. Garland Fire Academy, Building 3453. The Period of Performance will be 150 days after issuance of Contract Award. A solicitation is projected to be posted on or after 5 July 2024. The anticipated date of award for this requirement is 12 August 2024. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron electronically via email. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. PSC/FSC - Z2JZ NAICS - 236220 Size Standard - $45,000,000 Set Aside - 100% Small Business The estimated order of magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
