The 17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow AFB, TX, is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing service support for five separate positions (Catholic Music Coordinator, Catholic Accompanist, Catholic Religious Education Coordinator, Protestant Ministry Coordinator, and Protestant Music Director) within the Chapel located on base. This sources sought is consolidating market research for five seperate requirements and each may be awarded as a seperate contract. If you are capable of providing support for one or all positions, please indicate this when providing your response. Statements of Work are attached for each position outlining details of each position. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Your response to this RFI will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by the Air Force in developing its acquisition strategy and performance specifications. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or to otherwise pay for the information submitted in response to it. The purpose of this RFI is assessment of vendor interest and will aid the government in identifying potential vendors and their business classification. The NAICS Code determined appropriate for this acquisition is 813110, Religious Organizations. The size standard associated with NAICS 813110 is $7.5M. Vendors responding to this announcement shall indicate their business size for NAICS code 813110. Please include your CAGE Code and DUNS number as well.
