The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for a humidifier solution that needs to be implemented in building 14088 for rooms 121 and 117. All work must be in compliance with the attached SOW. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the drawings, specifications, and requirements. A draft statement of work is attached for review. IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS: 238220 This is anticipated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M PSC/FSC: Y1NA Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 21 May 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 21 June 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
