The amendment also includes a proposal due date extension to 29 July 2025 at 4:00pm local time. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469025Q0046, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the 28th Civil Engineer Squadron. The projected period of performance will start 15 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and be completed within 45 days of that date. In accordance with Contract Clause 52.211-10, commencement of work shall begin upon receipt of the NTP and be completed no later than the date specified. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561720-Janitorial Services with a size standard of $22M. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 and PWS Dorm Attic Cleanup Final.
