This requirement is to install and integrate a remote emergency fast operation push button console to be used to activate the Pre-Emplaced Electric Vehicle Stopper system (PEVS). The PEVS system shall be located at the Bismarck gate and the push button console shall be located within the guard shack. At the end of the 6 month test period, the contractor shall return to the site and return the controls to the original functioning condition. The contractor shall provide personnel, materials and resources to accomplish the terms and conditions surrounding this installation. All materials provided shall be new and not refurbished. The contractor shall provide the primary subject matter experts/analysts and ancillary staff to perform the duties as described. This is a sources sought and no award will be issued based off of this posted.
