The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, intends to solicit, compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37-Service Contracting Procedures for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) Aircraft Fire Trainer Repair Services requirement. This award will be an estimated 30 day period of performance, with estimated dates of 1 July 2022 – 30 July 2022. The solicitation will be posted on or about 1 May 2022 the System for Award Management (SAM), website, http://www.sam.gov. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332312 – Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, you must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Once the official solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted, a Question and Answer (Q & A) opportunity will be given as part of the official solicitation.
