To be considered for award, offerors must be MOOG-certified in accordance with clause 52.212-2 of the attached solicitation. Repair specifications in accordance with attached ETAR. This acquisition will be conducted IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures. This acqusition is being conducted on a full and open basis.
